I led the UX/UI Design and Design Systems of Merqueo and Mensajeros Urbanos for both native apps (Android and iOS) and Web. Along with creating products that customers will fall in love with excellent user experience (UX Design), Interaction Design, micro-interactions, user research, Design Sprint, rapid prototyping (InVision, Marvel, Figma), and usability testing.
